“I have been meaning to write this letter for some time. When we first met, my wife and I were getting ready to finish our new home at One Watermark Place. We had sold our existing home and had to be out in 43 days or pay a very substantial penalty. In our original meeting you agreed to the time line even though all the other contractors were also on the same short time line and everyone was going to be in everyone’s way for the 43 days. You and your team came in and did the floor prep work the building required and laid close to 5000 sq.ft. of marble and stone floors. You pulled out the kitchen, master bath and bar counters and fabricated their replacements, coordinating this with cabinet makers, plumbers, electricians, painters and many others. You also refaced a fireplace for us at that time and did tops for two other built-ins for my wife’s closet and office. Not once did you ever complain, say we can’t get it done or don’t give us anything else or we will choke. Because of you and your company’s dedication to getting it done right and on time as well as the ability and willingness to work through what was a total war zone, we were in on time. Since then we have called on you again to do some additional work. As I expected, it was all done to the same quality and professional level as our earlier work. Having said all this, the most impressive thing about you and your company was recently when we had a problem and even though it may well not have been your fault, you and your team, with the same professionalism and promptness, took care of the problem. My wife and I would like to say thank you to Palm Beach Decorative Floors for everything you have done to make our home the most enjoyable we have ever had. If I can ever give you a reference or if you need someone to talk to a client, I would be more than happy to do so. We will also call on you in the future for anything that we do in stone, marble or granite.”

“As I sit here this morning, one of your associates is once again repairing, cleaning and sealing the stone surfaces in my apartment. It made me realize that I should let you know what a pleasure it has been to have you and your company to rely on and to reflect on what a terrific job you did with the installation of the stone on the floors, kitchen and baths. Beyond superb workmanship, I especially appreciate that you went beyond the expected by being willing to make changes or suggest improvements when it took you more effort on your part. I remember especially that when the slabs available in the immediate area came in, you called me to let me know that they were slightly different than expected. Instead of saying that with the time restraints were were up against “tough luck”, you volunteered to go out of town to find the material. And it is just perfect. All renovations present challenges but especially when done long distance as in my case. I always had the confidence that your company would perform the work as if I were standing right there.
